I told myself I would begin “when everything was ready.”
When I had better equipment.
When I had more confidence.
When I knew exactly what I was doing.
But that perfect moment never came.
So I started anyway.
What I lacked in resources, I made up for with consistency, faith, and a willingness to learn. Looking back, I’m grateful I didn’t wait for perfection before taking the first step.
If God has placed a dream on your heart, don’t underestimate small beginnings.
Every great journey starts with a simple act of obedience.
You don’t need the perfect setup to start the journey.
You just need the courage to say yes and trust God with the rest.
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” — Zechariah 4:10
